Fortnite Season 3 Chapter 4 Best Landing Sites

As with any major Fortnite update, Chapter 3 Season 4 has made some substantial changes to the popular Battle Royale map. Plenty of POIs have had a complete overhaul now that Chrome has made its presence known – and things are looking pretty shiny these days. With so many new places to land, you might be wondering where to start your games. We’ve covered you here with some of the best spots to land in Fortnite Season 3 Chapter 4.

Best Landing Spots in Fortnite Season 3 Chapter 4

Cloudy Apartments

Condo Canyon has been completely redesigned as Cloudy Condos with the arrival of the Chrome. This popular POI has gone completely into the sky and has many vertical ziplines to help you get on and off the various bridges that connect all the buildings. Because it’s undergone such a drastic change this season, it’s an action-packed hot spot, so if you’re looking to get into combat early, this is a solid option for you. It helps that there’s plenty of loot for everyone, too.

Cloudy Condos is also a great place to land because of the high-security vault just off the POI to the north. If you survive and do a little reconnaissance, chances are you and your squad will walk out of the area with two keys that you can use to open this safe, which you can find on a balloon-raised platform northeast of the gas. sees. station.

Glittering Shrine

While Shimmering Shrine was home to the exciting Indiana Jones puzzle last season, this time it has been overtaken by the Chrome. It’s nevertheless a good choice for those looking for a compelling location for combat, thanks in large part to its multi-layered design that can provide cover and fun flanking capabilities. It’s also home to some great loot due to the addition of chrome chests, which can spawn much more valuable items than traditional chests.

North and east of Shimmering Shrine are Herald’s Sanctum and Rocky Reels respectively, both of which provide good rotations from the POI. These two spots are extremely popular and active, so you won’t be short of fun whichever you choose to visit. If possible, you may want to choose Herald’s Sanctum, and we’ll explain why below.

Herald’s Sanctum

As mentioned above, Herald’s Sanctum is located north of Shimmering Shrine and has replaced last season’s Sanctuary POI. This is a large venue completely overtaken by Chrome, and it has a serious focus on verticality and multi-level navigation, which makes for some interesting clashes with other squads, especially if you can find a platform higher up for some scouting and sniping . Like Shimmering Shrine, it’s also home to many chrome chests to help you get equipped with better gear early.

Herald’s Sanctum is not only a great time for those looking for combat, but it’s also where you’ll find the Herald itself. She replaces Darth Vader as this season’s big boss fight and can do quite a few on an unprepared team. However, if you win, she’ll drop the Mythic Herald’s Burst Rifle as a reward. Sweet!

Reality Tree

The Reality Tree was introduced last season as a beautiful and magical POI, but this season it has become a much less visually appealing location. But just because the tree has lost its vibrant foliage doesn’t mean it’s a worse landing site — and it may even mean it’s a better one. While last season’s intense foliage made the tree a little cluttered, this season’s lack makes for much better sightlines.

In fact, there’s a lot of loot in the areas around the Reality Tree, including the house to the east and the forest to the west, making this POI great fun for some outdoor shooting. It’s also a good place to rotate, with easily accessible roads leading in all three major directions. Of course, the place you’ll probably go to is Tilted Towers, and it’s probably the game’s most popular spot as well.

Tilted Towers

There are no places on the Fortnite map as well known or active as Tilted Towers. This POI is just west of the center of the map, which helps you turn to almost anywhere the ring pushes you. And with so many buildings to loot, you’re almost certain to walk out well rested—assuming you walk out at all. This is easily the most active spot on the map, both at the drop and during rotations later in the game, so be prepared for a lot of shooting. Take the height with long to medium range weapons whenever possible, and don’t be afraid to know when to fold them – there are plenty of cars around to escape.

It’s worth noting that Tilted Towards also houses a high-security vault. If you and your squad manage to collect two keys – which shouldn’t be too much trouble to loot that much – you’ll have access to a significant amount of ammo, healing items, and high-tier weapons.
