Complete achievements at Rainbow Crossroads

The newest event island in Fortnite celebrates LGBTQ+ pride, and it’s called Rainbow Crossroads. In the form of floating clouds strung together with different elements, it houses multiple activities for players. This includes a series of ten achievements listed in the middle of the intersection; here’s how to get them all.

Complete Rainbow Run

The first challenge requires: Fortnite players to complete Rainbow Run. This one isn’t particularly tricky, as there isn’t even anything to win; players just have to finish the course.

GAMERANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

Rainbow Run is accessed via a teleporter near the center of the island and is shaped like a racetrack in the sky. Players will have to time their jumps, but as long as they pay attention, it’s not difficult to finish the circuit.

Win a game of Whirly Jump

The next challenge requires some real competition as players need to win a game of Whirly Jump. This can be accessed from another teleporter, and the game itself should be very familiar to anyone who has played it Autumn boys.

Players stand on a circular platform and must jump and dive under electrified spinning poles. Not as long as Fortnite‘s recent Tournament of Power, but it can still be a hassle.

Win a Game of Color Switch

The next challenge is another match, but it’s the last one. Equipping a particularly competitive skin isn’t required, but it can give you the confidence you need to win. The game takes place on multiple floating clouds with different colors and fruits on them. Every few seconds a color is mentioned and players have to jump to the nearest platform of that color as all other colors will disappear. The last player standing wins.

Paint artworks

No more competition for the next challenge, just expression. Players must find one of the paint cans hanging around the map and throw the paint grenades obtained from it at the nearest empty white artwork. Of Fortnite tease a Lord of the Rings crossover, this could be the perfect place for some LoTR fan art.

Buy some food

This one is simple. Go past the Whirly Jump teleporter and find the food truck. Buy a food from it. That is it. No bonus steps, no surprise Fortnite John Cena, nothing.

Find and complete Dreamer’s hidden quest

This is the longest, so be prepared. First, head to the waterfall on the edge of the island, past the Whirly Jump teleporter and food truck. Walk right in; there is a secret passage behind it. This is Dreamer’s secret lair, and she’s in there, next to a portal.

Talk to her to discover that there are four artifacts on the island, then jump into the portal to get back to the island.

The first artifact is on the central promenade: it’s that one armchair in the middle of all the armchairs with a view of the catwalk (there are also blue dots from it). Collect it and move on.

The second artifact is in the restaurant on the west side of the island: it’s a purple box on one of the tables.

The following is an artifact behind the General Shop near the northern part of the island (the building that looks like three white circles): a non-dancing sign.

The last artifact is near the lookout point on the east side of the island: a human-sized plastic T-Rex. If you collect all four, you will get a message that Dreamer is waiting behind the waterfall again. Talk to her to complete the quest and earn the opportunity to purchase the Dreamer title from the Style Shop. It’s not quite a full costume like Starfire, but it’s a fun diversion nonetheless.

Go to the concert

Again, a pretty simple one. There is a concert stage on the southwestern part of the island. Jump on it and do a little dance while there’s a concert going on, and that’s the whole challenge. Then it’s just a matter of waiting for the Fortnite Lady Gaga concert becomes reality.

Buy a title or track

Go to the title shop, which means just turn 180 degrees from the challenge checklist board and run straight to it. Buy one of the titles or routes, and that’s it. Now is a good time to get that Dreamer title unlocked sooner or get one that goes back to the recent one Fortnite Dragon Ball Z crossing.

Explore Fortography Studio

The Fortography Studio is located to the left of the title shop via a teleporter. Jump in a booth and take a picture, and the challenge is done. It probably won’t be available by the time the leaked “Dead Game” Fortnite skin is off, but if it is, such a photo would provide great contrast.

Complete the Fashionista Quest

For the very last challenge, head to the catwalk on the central promenade. Fashionista lives there next to the catwalk. Talk to her and she will ask you to do an emote with some kind of costume (or possibly just gothic) at the end of the boardwalk. Do this and the challenges are all complete.
